SoarSIM

Robot Arm

Soar is a general intelligence architecture often described as a production system that can learn new rules via "chunking". Under the auspices of John Laird at the University of Michigan, I developed an object-oriented simulation tool for Soar (version 5) called SoarSIM. This tool has been used by Soar users in many universities world-wide to easily construct sophisticated world models and interactions.

For more information on Soar, see the related links below and my paper comparing Soar with Jennifer-Elgot Drapkin's Rabit system at Arizona State University.
