Buying and Selling at Auction
Auctions are where you try to buy what you need, and sell your extra commodities. The auction starts with the buy and sell
offers you set up before the auction. You can also place new offers to buy and sell. When the clock runs out, everyone's offers
are sent to the server, which determines which ones succeed. The highest buyer and lowest seller gets priority.
