David Rosenthal
I got my Ph.D. from the MIT Media Lab in 1992;
I spent a couple of years in Japan at the International Media Research
Foundation, did some consulting for a while, and am now at
Kurzweil Applied Intelligence in Waltham.
I'm interested in the computational modeling of perception,
particularly auditory and musical perception. People and Web pages
that relate to that in various ways include:
In January, 1994 I co-chaired a workshop on computational perception
near a place called Kanazawa, on the west coast of Japan. Several
Media Lab and MIT AI Lab people participated.
