This package implements a kludgey method for fetching bibtex entries from the web-based vision bibiography run by the kind folks at the USC Computer Vision Group.
It could be better written. It assumes you're in a bibtex entry, with the point inside the title field. It destructively replaces the bibtex entry in the buffer with the version fetched from the database. The title need not be fully specified... only unique. It's ugly, but useful.
